Our basic behavioral principles of business ethics
with shareholders, customers, employees, and the environment
PNC Technologies Co., Ltd. aims to contribute to the development of the electricity industry through the manufacture and delivery of power distribution automation devices and other power equipment, and to become a trusted company through transparent management.
To achieve this goal, PNC Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") establishes a code of ethics for the company’s growth and development by complying laws and company rules, social norms and market order and keeping fair market competition.
We want to use this code of ethics as a standard for value judgment and behavior that all employees voluntarily practice in all sectors of the company's activities.
1. The company shall make every effort to improve the quality.
2. The company responds to customers' demands through continuous research and development.
3. The company always listens to changes in customers' needs and uses them as the basis for all actions.
4. Based on the honesty and transparency of all employees, the company shall constantly make efforts to receive unlimited trust and respect from customers.
1. The company conducts business activities in accordance with the free competition principle of the market.
2. All employees shall not acquire information unfairly, and shall not engage in unfair securities transactions, infringement of trade secrets, etc. by using information obtained from business activities.
3. The company shall do its best to protect the interests of shareholders with transparent accounting and reliable information.
1. The company treats employees as personalities and establishes a work·education system so that they can work with a sense of ownership.
2. The company shall grant fair opportunities according to its abilities and qualities, and shall not discriminate on the grounds of gender, religion, age, etc. in employment, work, and promotion.
3. All employees shall not receive or deliver any form of monetary or non-monetary profit that would impede fairness and shall not misappropriate or embezzle the company's assets.
4. When there is a conflict of interest between the company and individuals, employees must take priority in the interests of the company and make decisions within the authority to meet the goals pursued by the company.
5. All employees shall not engage in profit-making business for the purpose of self-interest or concurrent duties of other enterprises without permission from the company.
6. Employees shall be united based on mutual good faith and sincerity, and no financial transactions shall be made for personal profit between the upper and lower positions.
7. An employee shall not divulge any information or confidential information acquired on his/her duties to the outside company.
8. All employees shall not engage in any acts related to violent language, sexual harassment that result in not only loss of labor motivation and productivity but also violation of human rights and undermining work atmosphere of the workplace.

2. The company shall work with pride in contributing to the development of the electricity industry and faithfully participates in job creation and various national obligations.
1. All employees who violate the Code of Ethics may be punished according to their reasons.
