Pylon
Pylon is a software platform based on GUI of MS Windows, Linux and Solaris. This Software platform is easy to use and scalable. It has more than 20,000 data points and supports various I/O drivers and industrial protocols such as DNP3.0, IEC 61850, ICCP, Harris, etc. From historical trend to programmable logic, It has diverse features to meet customer’s requirement.
Application
Pylon SCADA solution can be used as a process visualization platform in the control room, or a gateway to higher-level systems. Control systems with Pylon provide reliable and secure operation of substations – locally or remotely. Quick project configuration, simple operation, and seamless interoperability can be achieved with Pylon solution.
RTU transmits data collected from remote field devices to SCADA, and performs tasks directed by SCADA. It consists of CPU module, I/O module and communication port.
Gateway serves to convert and connect communication protocols on different networks (heterogeneous networks).
